Hopefully by now most of you have had your first vaccinations or are scheduled for this important step. What will follow? Boosters? New treatments? What about other things happening in health care beyond COVID-19? What are the important trends in health care especially for women as they age? How will changes affect the economics of health care?

Vivian Riefberg is a Professor of Practice at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia where she holds a David C. Walentas Jefferson Scholars Chair. In June 2020, she retired as a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company where she worked for over 31 years. Vivian is now a Director Emeritus with McKinsey. Vivian is also a board member of Signify Health, Johns Hopkins Medicine and PBS.
