GROUPS

What is a Group?

A WCA Group is a member-organized gathering centered around a shared interest, activity, or purpose that WCA members may choose to join separately from general membership. Their programs are NOT advertised in the newsletter. You must take the affirmative step of joining a group by emailing the group liaison and ask to be added to the group email list.

WCA provides opportunities to meet other women who share similar interests with over fifty study and interest groups. 

(Events operate differently. Events are programs that are advertised in the newsletter and, other than NextGen events, are open to all WCA members. To participate in an event, you merely need to register. To see Event activities, visit "Events.")

How do Groups work?

All WCA members are eligible to join all groups, except for NextGen, which is limited to women 65 and younger.
