for Your Phone?

It is easy to download and use!

With the WCA Wild Apricot for Members App, you can:

View and edit your profile.
Access the WCA membership directory on the go. Find contact information for other members and contact them.
See a list of upcoming WCA events in Wild Apricot and register for them.
View the events you are registered for.
Cancel a non-paid event registration.
Renew your membership.

But there is so much more to WCA! Don’t forget the website, where you can:

See or access the WCA website, wcanaples.org.
See Groups and register for groups.
See or access any of the Menu categories on the website.
See or access the Calendar of Events, the WCA Calendar or list of Special Events.
See any event for which you RSVP’d via a direct email.

How to download the App to an iPhone or iPad:

Find the “Apple App Store” and click on it (use your Apple Password if asked).
Using the search icon (Magnifying glass) search for Wild Apricot for Members. (Wild Apricot is the name of our computer membership system).
Click where it says “Get” and then click on “Open”
Log in using the same User Name (your email) and Password you use for the WCA website.

How to use the WCA Member App:

The WCA Member App consists of the following menu modules on the bottom of your screen: Members, Events, My Tickets and My Profile.

The icons look like this:

When you first log in to the app, you will be taken to the Profile module where you can update your profile or renew your membership.
The Members module is a directory. Click on the Members icon and you can search by name for other members’ contact information.
Click the Events icon to see the those upcoming events with registration available in Wild Apricot. You can register for an event by clicking on it
Click My Tickets to see what you have already registered for
You can Cancel your registration by clicking on the event title in My Tickets, then clicking on the “cancel” button in the middle of the screen, then clicking “Yes” to confirm cancellation.
